We try to reach our valued customers as soon as a problem arises, but with e-mail blocking or no phone number availability we are not always successful.

ARMIK'S SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY CHARGES.

We will provide FREE GROUND SHIPPING to the lower 48 states for most of our On Line catalogs and on all orders $100.00 and over.
Shipping and Handling
   Up to - $34.99 = $6.95.

$35.00 - $100.00 = $9.95.

• Outside of these 48 United States, including all Military, and all international sales, we will give an allowance of 5% of your total paid order less any $$Value Coupons$$ applied, towards the shipping costs. You will pay what ever balances are left, if any.
  
  For all sales to foreign countries, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay whatever import taxes, fees, royalties, customs, duties or other costs that may be imposed on the import of the product purchased.

• However, in the case of
  'Special Shipping Needs' (Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day Select), we will add the cost of that shipping to your order.
  If you select an expedited shipping method and would like to be notified of the cost prior to shipping, please email, call or indicate on the comments box on your order form, asking us to contact you prior to shipping.
