On a cloudy day you may see what appears to be bolts of lightning circling the Dome crystal. this happens only when the Wizard's council is in session. On this day Azael welcomes the members as they come to voice their opinions on the many challenges that face Krystonia. As each wizard speaks his mind the discussion becomes more volatile. Perhaps this is not lightning at all but the start of a magical spell.
