World class illustrator Thomas Blackshear and Willetts Designs International Galleries Studios introduced Ebony Visions sculptures & figurines in April 1995 with the release of the first six designs. Since then, numerous new designs have been add to the collection. Thomas Blackshear 's elegant style is a blend of both Art Nouveau and African culture. Since the introduction of the Ebony Visions Collection of statues, he has received numerous awards including the prestigious 1996 National Association of Limited Edition Dealers "Rising Star Award".
Cast from handpainted high impact resins and other materials, these beautiful pieces of statuary represent the Black art experience & lend themselves, not only to the collectibles field, they also find themselves perfectly suited to both home decor & gift giving.
The variety of motifs found here will range from wall art and figurines to Christmas ornaments and collector only issues through the Ebony Vision Circle collectors club. We are also now proud to present the Thomas Blackshears like jewelry of exquisite beauty & heartfelt soul by joining us above in these Ebony Vision fine figures.
